Mr. Tullis is an investor and venture capitalist, serving as the Chairman of Tullis Health Investors, LLC and Tullis Health Investors FL, LLC, firms he started in 1986 and 2012, respectively.

Mr. Tullis is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Crane Company, where he has been a board member since 1998. He also serves on the board of Lord Abbett & Co. family of mutual funds, where he as been Chairman since 2017. Mr. Tullis is also a director of Alphatec Holdings, Inc. and Exagen Diagnostics.

Mr. Tullis serves as the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee for Crane NXT.
