Paul Igoe most recently served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of Excelitas Technologies Corp., a manufacturer of advanced photonics solutions for OEMs, including sensors, lasers, and optical electronic systems for the life sciences, consumer, industrial, semiconductor and defense markets.

From 2013 to 2018, Mr. Igoe served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of SS&C Technologies, a provider of software and software-enabled services to banks, hedge funds, private equity and real estate funds, insurance companies, and registered investment advisors. Prior to his role at SS&C, Mr. Igoe was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Lydall, Inc., a manufacturer of filtration media, thermal and acoustical products. From 2001 to 2009, Mr. Igoe served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary to Teradyne, Inc., a manufacturer of automatic test equipment for the semi-conductor.

Previous to his employment at Teradyne, Mr. Igoe was a junior partner in the Boston office of Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP. Mr. Igoe received his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center and his A.B. from the College of the Holy Cross.
